I am Colombian and have lived much of my life in Canada. Today I reside in Dominicus, where I make my home, and from here I support real estate transactions across the East of the Dominican Republic.
I work with all types of properties, but my specialty is large-scale land and lots for development. I have been a buyer and have been connected to the business my whole life, which lets me understand firsthand the processes, permitting, and real dynamics of these deals.
My approach is structured, empathetic, and business-oriented. I help clients make well-founded decisions, respecting their timing, their way of thinking, and the importance of trust before any closing.
